The Warranty
Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery, pursuant to this Lifetime Installation Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error will be at the option of Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. These are to include: wind or water leaks, loose moldings, and some types of stress cracks. The Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle for leaks and moldings, and one year for stress cracks. In order for a claim to be valid, proof must be provided that service was done by Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC. This Lifetime Installation Warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by preexisting rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism, or impact from foreign objects.
Should corrective repair or replacement be required at a time when the warranted vehicle is outside the Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC service area, Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC will make the necessary arrangements to have the vehicle serviced by an available auto glass provider at no cost to you.
When a chip repair service is done by Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC, the customer agrees that the chip is already damage to the windshield, and therefore Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC shall not be held responsible for breakage that occurs during the attempt of such repairs. In addition, Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to determine if the damage may be successfully repaired.
For ‘non-insurance’ repair service: Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC guarantees for the repair(s) not to spread for as long as you own the vehicle or we will credit you the amount paid on the repair(s) toward a new replacement.
Repair or replacement of your windshield as provided under this Lifetime Installation Warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass that was installed. This Warranty is in Lieu of all other warranties express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. Any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed, by anyone other than Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC voids this Warranty. Clear Cut Auto Glass, LLC makes no other warranties, either written or oral, than the provisions contained here-in this Limited Warranty, and any such warranties shall be of no force or effect.
